Level 43 quest help Empty Level 43 quest help

Hello everyone. I am on the level 43 quest and so lost to what I have to do. I click the names in blue in my quest book but when I get there nothing. I dont see anything I have to kill around them so I am constantly clicking between the guy I have to talk to first then the quest completion guy.

The first blue name that comes up the text before it say something like "something in thai" 43 NPC: "blue name"
