Stuck on Level 7 Quest

Hi all, I am probably retarded, but I don't know what to do this early.
On level 7 quest, I did somewhat disguised as that big Sanctuary soldier and went as my ''radar!! indicated.
It showed me, that the place I have to be at near the curtain wall you go around with lot of soldiers being around,
so I stood there for a while, but didn't have a clue what to do.
I had to quit the game and went back later, but now I don't have the disguise and can't even obtain it, nor I can delete the quest at all
(the button is grey).

Do you please have any idea?

Well, sorry for false alarm! I've just deduced that when you click on the blue texts in the quest, the character will make the actions or go to those places automatically. Now I am on level 28.
