Maybe you have to pick something on the floor search in the area if you can activate something.

hello am Shiryu1k I am Brazilian
Upon arriving at level 21 have a quest that does not have any marking with an orphanage boy, this quest asks you to talk to an old man sitting next to Minu, if it is not there switch to channel 1, if it is not in channel 1, do some quests and come back later, because it can be buggy (sometimes bug).
