[Solved] 3 Hours Ban

Hello

I've been banned 3 hours when i tried to log the game, few minutes from now. I get this message:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

What did i do wrong? What the reason of the ban? (I can't translate all of that)? Can somebody help me, please?

Hmm maybe is somthing like hack detected, make off unnecessary programs

Well, i was watching a movie while playing today (windowed game + VLC), but it's unlikely that, i think. Chrome and Firefox were running, Avast too, but they usually are running while playing without a problem anyway.

I had a lot of lag while playing, could be an answer... Well, if it was possible to copy-paste the chinese text, it would be so much easier to translate -_-

I use occidental letter login and character name, could it be because of this?
Password is pretty complicated. Upper case, lower case and numbers mixed, no punctuation, can"t be that.

no.. not a problem, if we use use alphabet on char name and password. check your email. hmm..
maybe you need activate your account by email. but im not sure.

I updated my account, i activated my email. Change password for something more complicated -still he tell me the security is low... Man, i don't know what it takes to have a good password.

well, hope i won't get any more problems. Playing a game using chinese language is hard enough ^^"

ignore that "low". because, you need to write in account profile, such : name, phone number, cirty, region, etc. and also, activate by China cell phone number. so, your "low" will gone.

If you want a good password make it with caps and more than 8 letters. Just like: ''SeIya4932''

I am already doing this. In fact, i am even using random caracters, it is even harder to crack (words, especially those which are related to the game, are easier to crack with brute force). Usually, i use punctuation too, but it's forbidden here.
But i think the issue is, like Radditz says, that i don't have a phone registered. Ithink it give me a "low security" because i only use Email for registration.

No chinese ID? Well, i was wondering if it could be that, so i already add an ID and name to be sure. Thanks.

SOLVED
hy, i got the same message too after i choose and relog for many times to find on which server of my character i've created.

i try to enter almost all of servers and didnt find my character, then after sometimes, this message poped up.

but then i try to change the line from Telecom to Netcom and login again and success, and i found my character finally.

so i suggest you to try to change your server line between Telecom or Netcom or vice versa, hope this help.

This last ban is pretty much a IP ban because of too much connection try (probably to avoid DDOS attack or things like that). So yeah, changing the IP (can be done by reconnecting the modem/box) solve the problem.
