AM I BAN??? (need translator)

everytime i play the game (between 5 and 30min) i have a disconnection with this message..

and after, when i'm try to login normally i have this:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

and if i force the login that works...

could you please tell me what that mean and help me???

Refer to the 2nd box that is unchecked on your login screen, checkmark the "Force-login" box and you should be good to go; you're character is still connected to the game, that's why you're unable to login.
