I could not read what was in the picture, so I hope I have answered what you wanted.

You have to pick up a quest in an NPC who is with the BOSS name on it. You choose the level of the quest, 40, 60, 80. In the quest you simply attack any of the five Boss and the quest will be complete.

that is the problem i cant find any of the boss i searched every where

open your quest window and go to the BOSS location only clicking on your quest .
you need go only when BOSSES are alive so look the time pressing "O" and check BOSS section.
you just need to hit the BOSS 1 time, dont need kill.
