I'm at level 80. I unlocked the 10 wind cave-sagittarius heart, but I can not get inside, why? need to have armor lv 30?

  

Need to have a party. Hit the tickbox next to the dungeon in the daily menu and you'll be added to a queue for the dungeon

You need to gain rep with number "1" (like with the amulet), need to do 30 times the quest in number "2"... Seven Seas Pillars Front or Rear (idk if you get an item or something else :P )
