When he says sapuri he means surplice and you can got a gold cloth who can turn into surplice when your gold cloth is lvl 24.

the real name of japan is nihon/nippon 
"sapurisu" is the japanese name, Surplice is the occidental name, like "japan"

I repeat... Non English Speakers, trying to use English words...
The other day a guy here was asking about Cygnus talents. It is not exactly wrong, but it is funny.
Take a look at the patch they create here, it's grammar offensive.
It's Sapuri in Spanish and Portuguese...
What country that speaks English actually enjoy Saint Seiya?
Next you are going to say the saints "god's cloths" are not kamui.

Ok we get that, but it's not very a big deal if the real name is Sapuri or not. In french, we say "Surplice" and on the manga too ... and I think it's alway gonna be like that...

Who cares. It's literally called Surplice in Japan. just that they cannot pronounce English words properly. Next you're going to claim it's Shiruba Seinto not Silver Saint. i'm sorry but in french we said said surplis and in english it's surplice .
You can check it and a lot of americans love anime and have watched saint seiya so don't be arrogant , and accept that we use different words in different country !
