Where do you get the LVL 30 Orange beads?

Found out:
To get the lvl 30 and 60 ORANGE grade beads. You need to buy the lvl 45 purple (for 30) and lvl 70 purple (for 60) bead from NPC. Then you need to craft or buy an item that looks like an envelope. Right click it to use. Then take the bead that is in your inventory to the bead NPC and he will lvl down your bead while lvling up the grade of it.
You can buy the envelope from auction house. Check the very bottom category tab. There is 2 envelopes. One is for lvl 45, 1 is for lvl 70 bead.
