question about gold saint recpect

how i can rise the respect with the gold saints?

As far as i know you have to do daily mision whit this guy shown in the image, but you get to pick 1 of 3 missions, (Each mission you do will earn you respect or reputation points for the saint shown in the image when you talk to him) the thing is that if you dont want the first mission he gives you, you can choose the next one (but you dont know who you will get) you can get from any gold saint, to silver, bronze or even bad guy mission.
You hav to be really patient since you may not always get the gold saint you want and it doesnt give you that much of reputation points.
