Gold cloth wings question

Im wondering is that wings exclusive for sagitarius' cloth or that's pegasus' wings?
if it pegasus'then what tier is it?
and why it different from this?

Why u assume it could be pegasus? u don't know what class he is, do u?
Anyway, i don't think any foreigner actually knows, cause to know at least 1 of us should have the cloth... and we don't, so...
Anyway, they do look like saggitarious' wings, but maybe they're just wings tier 3 and they changed form cause of the cloth... like in the last photo, that's for sure tier 3 wings and they also changed cause of the cloth.

Those are the wings for sagitarius cloth, just try the cloth on the character creation window and youll see...

First pic has a gold saint with tier 4 wings (over 150k cosmo) second gold saint (scorpio) has tier 6 (over 200k cosmo). That is why those wings are different.
