Cant Delete these Items .. what to do?

Hello, I have these items on my inventory and dont know what to do with them .. the Letter or mail i have no idea, the Hearts, those where given to my on daily quest, but i dont see any more purpose for them now and i cant delete them .. and the Nebula or Attack for my companion has a lock and i cant delete it ..
