Everytime I use the dice i get a message in red and this 3 items I have no idea what to do

There is a page referancing these. But in any case, I shall tell you.

The blue and purple are for enhancing. Typicaly used on items such as badges, special rings and rocks.

The last one is to enable you to shout.

the dice, for re-roll your rewards. ex: Kiki Quiz reward / daily quests reward.
