Guardian star shop problem

Hi guys! Why i can't buy items in this shop? I'm lvl 65.

How can i increase this reputation and how can i check it?

Everyday the Kiki next to that one gives you a quest that increase your reputation by 1K i think? anyway i dont think this is about reputation cause you should be able to buy from the 1st tab, maybe you havent complete the guardian quest yet? also the item next to the one with the star shape gives you 1k reputation...

I can't buy anything i don't end kiki quest, so maybe i have to end it?

yeah, you need to finish all the quest about Guardian, last one gives you 50 of the yellow stones you need to buy

I am not fine the quest and i have no idea where i can find it now u.u because i have same problem as Nakistant
