Guardian Star/Follower Skills Dilemma

Hey guys, i recently adquired my first 2 lvl79 purple guardian stars. They are supposed to replace 2 of the blue ones i have. I know i can unequip the blue ones sets, but is there a way to unequip or transfer the skills the blue ones have? They have lvl7 skills x.x and i dont want to have to unlock the slots and buy the skills again. Any help apreciated.
