Giving health to people?

Recently I am hearing people that they give me orders to restore their health, but since I am having a hard time to communicate with them because I cannot type Chinese, I don't know what command I should use for it. I know that using the restoring light would be a good option, but I think that they are telling me that I am a little bit too lazy and getting experience myself while I'm doing one of the events available, and probably that is not the correct input  .  If this problem is not solved, I rather change my Andromeda one to another job instead or to give up the game...
