blocking people in the game Empty blocking people in the game

I had problems with two chinese guys in the game, they continued following and challenging me, I've tried to put them in black list (third panel of the friend's section) and then went away but they tried following me again so I changed level °_° is it possible that they follow me even if they are in my black list??
