I have 2 question about this:

1 - how can i fill this "bars"? what are they for?

2 - how can i get this parts? when i turn 80 i recieve 3... but i never see them again

if I could suggest you, try to look up guide section overtime
sometimes even though u used search function, the keywords u used is not on the desired title
so looking for guide overtime would be the best in my opinion
