Char deleted after upgrading from 15/07

Char deleted after upgrading from 15/07

someone can tell me why my char was deleted after the upgrade on 15/07, was at the game yesterday suddenly fell, the update was done after that so I could get today, but my char does not appear anymore, asks to do another one know anything regarding this?

worse than not the same server and even then it asks to make a new char, it happened after the server crashed yesterday, upgraded from patch 0.69, after that I tried to log into the same server today, this happened.
