Yo any idea how i can unlock passive buffs?

Money I think, I heard this buffs get buy buying them... check ur money, if u don't have enough, then that's it :P

Yeah actually u need money and a certain lvl of skills (just like when u lvl up). And the amount of money u have appears just bellow the money requirement.

*sigh* the second currency which is hard for me to get atm

yes they are it gives you lots of cosmo the first 6 or 7 skills you need money the rest you need lots of xp
