bot/chinese confirmation? Empty bot/chinese confirmation?

today im getting some weird windows opening while i play, there is something written in Chinese and some Chinese letters to chose, 2 from 8. Not once i got lucky and since i have only 2 tries..., well i got dc after second wrong input. I noticed that time of unable to log again increased from 5 to 6 now and i cant skip that just by logout. Any ideas how to win this?
