Quick bronze question

Sry, but I couldn't find a guide to solve this, maybe there is? don't know anyway
When u make ur started bronze cloth +11 how do u make it evolve into silver?

if your level around 50+, dungeon drop give emblem +11 - +15. emblem had 3-4 types (1-11, 11-15, 15-?, ?-32). the drop item system is depend your level char. and your party level. or you can buy from AH 11-15 emblems is cheap then 1-11.
