Help me pls, i've so many questions :'(

Hello everyone I have a lot of questions: '(birth from that a little more stupid ... yesterday doing quests with my cousin, I stumbled upon a treasure chest white with gold edges, clicandolo, and opening it brought out golden armor on the ground, by clicking the armor I made it for 5-10 minutes (if I remember correctly) made me given the armor of cancer, how can I get back? is rare to find these treasures?.

Question a little more serious ... I read that depending on the level of "cosmos" you can get wings, I also read that if you do not get to 40k of the cosmos by level 64 I can not get my wings ... question is, can I get the wings at any level? or I need to respect a table?

For the wings t1 you need a 40k power lvl before lvl 66 and yes i think you can get wings t2 even you didn't make it for the wings t2.
For the skilss there is no limitation and you have to up all your skills at every new lvl up.
And you didn't search very well
