Bronze cloth fragments

leveled to 50 but i have only 4 fragments of bronze cloth >< , doing events? or there is a npc to exchange ? :S

Lower it? Lower what? If u mean how many fragments u get, that depends on ur lvl, for example Im lv55 and started getting tons of silver fragments before that LV, I rarely got any silver fragments...

i mean wasn't it 0/15 at first then after a few patches it became 0/9?

I guess its for bots?

i have problems when i queue in the event, it never starts and i dont know any other ways to get the fragments D: pls help :c

i had a similar problem but then just fixed itself .. or i would go inside dungeon and when it started it kick me out on its own .. either wait to see if it gets fix or buy the fragments from vendors.
