Cloth Fragments VENDIBLE!?

So, as in the topic.

Yesterday I noticed that an in-game player (in a form of a shop) was selling the cloth fragments. Now my question, have these items just become vendible/merchantable? Or, Have they been so from the start of the game?

No no, I am 100% sure that the items I saw were the cloth fragments. It is for 100%. BTW I was astonished as well, but...

U mean silver and bronze fragments?
Yes they can be sold. I think u can only sell the ones u buy in the 3rd tab of the cash shop which u can unlock by cashing only.
Although, I'm not sure cause I have cashed but I haven't bought these fragments so Idk If they are tradable. However, yes I've seen also many ppl selling fragments, which indicates they have to be from this 3rd tab cause I don't know where else u can get fragments besides dungeons and maybe some quests.

Isn't it obvious that what I mean by cloth fragments is silver/bronze ones? (If my question was concerned with Gold Cloth then I would say Gold pieces) Anyway, I have much over 300 silver and much over 400 bronze fragments and I can sell them as well ..BTW.. I am not so psychotic to buy them in the VIP shop as they drop in plenty in dungeons. So ostensibly the place one acquires the fragments does not matter. I am so happy that they can be sold cuz now I will enrich my in-game wallet by a great deal.:):):):D:D:D:D

U haven't read what I said lolekol. I stated that dungeon's fragments are bind. So u can't sell them, that is why I suggested that what's most likely is that the fragments u buy in the 3rd tab are the ones that are tradable.
Read before going nuts next time ahaha

if Im not mistaken
if u trade the fragments at shunrei
it will become unbound and u can sell it
