I Dont Get Second Bronze

Hi Guys i have a problem, this problem start with this:
When i wasn´t doing nothing in the game, i went to the guy and him teleport me to the place where i get my first bronze cloth (and i left when i get on 20´s floor). Then, 3 days ago, i bought second bronze cloth, and i cant complete him, im in floor 25 now and i continue 0/1 with my quest.
Anyone can help me? Please

when i did my quests for the cloths it always started from the closest multiple of 10 floor, 0-10-20-30-40-... and so on.
so its really strange that you cant keep moving on with quest.
if im not mistaken it goes like this, you buy the cloth permission, you use it, you talk to 2 npc to move on, then you go to "arena" and reach the floor you need, you then leave talk to the npc whom you bought the cloth from and you get it.
remember this could be a bug from one of the latest updates, in that case try to ask someone that know chinese to translate and post on their forum

The 0/1 you have in your quest is the fact that you dont have a Bronze Cloth Permit. Im not talking about the quest item you buy for fragments, im talking about the purple scroll/ Bronze Scroll permit. For your second bronze cloth you need 1.

i totally forgot to mention that...
check you bank and take any paper lime item you have one is bound to be it, hope you didnt deleted it
