i don't understand andromeda :/

hello , like in the title their is some andromeda skills i don't understand at all [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] first i understand that the bar is for using certain combat skills , but when i use the skill number 8 or push the pink thunder button it change like that [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]can you explain everything to me please ? and the skill in number 9 too

8- Heal/Attack mode, The Yellow hains is for heal, pink for attack
