Problem with launcher

I have problem with the Launcher since their update to 146... I start the launcher and it sticks at the updating part without giving me chance to click on the 'Play' button, it just stays gray, there is no errors showed up or anything like that...

Happens to me almost the same, I leave picture, if please help me?
