i get this problem when i press play , Help me please [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

(yes i press restart game and i get the same problem , and yes i have tried the wrench icon to fix the game but i get the same problem
and yes i redownloaded the game its the 2nd time i download the game in and i get this problem and yes i renamed the folder name )

please help !!!

Make your anti virus off maybe it can help

i dont have antivirus xD its a new windows :)
