Problem with missions

1-Yo i have problem with quest i don't know what i need to do, so i take the quest from ikki > later ikki and shun run

Later when i press the blue inscription it lead me to the first NPC and i don't know what i need to do any idea?  :scratch:

2-Here i have problem too i take Quest from this Guy and i don't know what i need to do

In the fourth image you need to pick up some random items in that map (current map) one is inside "the tower" (second TP in map), another one is near de ship close to the shore and the last one is close to some "rocks" near the third TP (go by the road like you¿re going to the fourth TP, the rocks are to the left)
PS: I'm not at home so I can't put images. :(
