I don't recommend touching your main cloth till lv 60+, emblems are quite hefty in cost, as such you would'nt see the full effect till its above 16/48 anyway. What makes me laugh is , it took dbo 2-3yrs to add flying in the game. Even though flying is the most used skill in the anime.

Yet this game brings it out straight away and they don't even fly in saint seiya. (well other than a small few)

Yeah, that makes me laugh too. This is one more thing that makes SSO better than DBO, imo.

No it isn't, as long as your character still holds the appropiate cosmo for the wings, you get to use the ability.

Wings require 40k cosmo/power level before Lv 59 , 80k before lv 69 and 100k before lv 79 respectively. Unfortunately its more of an added cosmethic than anything, you don't gain any special combat abilities, and you lose the wings after a period of time if your toon exceeds the requirement. e.g. going over lv 59 will have you lose the wings, that's why some players set their "own" level caps so they get to keep the wings.

Theoritically you can, but achieving an 140k powerlevel at level cap is not an easy feat :P
