no its not that i have to go somewhere to finish the quest but i dont know where because it is chinese
i am lvl 83 and this quest is lvl59

Remember that above lvl 80 you can't see all the dailies.... for example you can't see low lvl 0/9 (herritage! gold trials), storm! atlantis or GATHER! ZODIAC CRISIS (this is the one to you need to go to finish the quest).... i believe that you can't finish that quest.

is it possible that i missed it and could not retrieve it anymore because i am lvl83
in my other character i am at lvl60 and i could see it
