New skill Phoenix

hello wanted to know if anyone knows of the new technique you pull phoenix arrives and then leaves you for 4sec stun. in fenix's and seen lv 85 and once when I was in a sand galaxy lv 79 shooting me with that skill. would like to know if anyone it's there and as he did to get it .. not sure if the picture looks but the Chinese razer did it in the photo.

if Im not mistaken u will get it by lvl up ur 2nd silver cloth phoenix line to 16
then press X it should be at 5th row and the most right
