Error Empty Error

This error is showing when i try to open the game, anyone know what it is??

And where can i find a language patch? MRX isnt posting any

I think this error was showed when your locale is not set to Chinese... but I could be mistaken, haven't played the Chinese Version for years. I am playing the Brasil Version now.
