Network Timeout When Logging In!

Hey everyone,

After updating the game, I'm now getting an error message when I try to sign in:


[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]


I'm afraid that the error might be saying that I cannot log in because I'm not logging in from a Chinese server. I know my login info is correct, so I can't think of anything else. Does anyone know what this is?

I'm already registered, I registered years ago and have played the game many times, but now that it is making me log in with the launcher instead of in-game, I'm getting this error. Do I need to make a new account, or register a second account to log into the launcher?

I looked on the register post you mentioned, and I did find a link to register for a Chinese Perfect World account. If that is what I need to do, that's totally fine, but I did get a bit hung up here:

I'm not sure what needs to go in the last two boxes. I was able to figure everything else out but that. Do you happen to have any ideas?

It looks like its an ID number I need. I see an ID number in the account info on my Wanmei pass, but it doesn't display the full ID number. Does anyone know how to get your full ID number?

UPDATE: I finally got this error message translated, and it looks like a simple network timeout issue. Has anyone else had an issue with network timeouts?
