Quest level 99

Hello everyone,

So I came back to the game and finished the quest level 99 (the bronze saints are about to go to the underworld). I spoke to Kanon (gemini saint) and suddenly I am back to the quest level 15 (just after the sanctuary and I meet Hyoga for the first time). I am still at level 95, I have my gold cloth, all my skills... It's just the story that restart. Is it normal because I am freaking out here !
