New Bronze Cloth Need Help!

Okay, so I'm trying to get my hands on a new bronze cloth, right? And, I jump through all the hoops but I'm stuck on the fighting part.
Ya know, where you talk to the old guy with the staff and he teleports you into an Arena and you fight a bunch of guys, that part.

So, I've been trying relentlessly and after my most recent spectacular failure, I wait for the timer to run out and go to try again but this message pops up and I can't.

Its the red text at the bottom thats getting to me...

Warning: I'm at like lvl 33, but I'm still kinda pathetic at the game so I have no idea.:bardockfacepal

You need 6550 Cosmo to get to this part of the arena. I get the same problem as you one, here the topic :
