bronze tier 2 and silver cloth requirements

I am not sure what to do to enable the bronze tier 2 and the silver cloth.

I am at lvl 66 with 30K cosmo; I have purchased my class tier 2 bronze, but it won't appear in the list.

I did the old man stair quest up to lvl 29; it won't let me go higher than that, because my cosmo is too low I guess.

The silver cloth istead is still in my inventory; when I click on it I get an error.

How do I enable these 2 cloth? Thanks

Bronze - you need more cosmos to complete the next floor
Silver - you need the Bronze Tier 2

Cool, got enough cosmo, wearing bronze tier 2.

Silver now is enabled; so I started the quest for it, which I assume, require me to clear the 30th level of the stairs...so I need more cosmo.

For the first silver you need near 40k cosmo.

Yeah, I am stuck at level 29 of the stair quest....can't get to 30 because I need 40K cosmo.

It sucks big time when you can't increase cosmo while you level up...this game is grindfest galore on the cosmo aspect :( I thought that you unlock cloth tier as you level up, while it depends from cosmo...which means grind components. Then even with the components, you need blood to be sure taht your upgrade is successful, otherwise it is a waste of components.

I love the game, but sometimes I feel so frustrated...

i have 35000 cosmo put i cant go quest bronz tier 2

Did you get the bronze letter to collect the tier 2 cloth?
Without that, you cannot acquire the cloth. IF you have already the cloth then, it may depend from your level? I had no problems to get the tier 2 bronze

i think u just don't have enought items required!

Don't forget that you need a bronze permission for bronze t2.
