(Help me plz)Unlock frame rate? looks like its locked

Hi guys i have an good pc with good videocard, i play bf4 on high with 70fps...but on sso online ive been facing alot of fps drops, is there any way to unlock frame rate of this game? i wish i could have more fps here. Thanks for help

It doesn't come from your pc but it comes from the chinese servers who are not good especially for european players.

Lol thanks for the information, im using wtfast to reduce the ping, im in brazil...too far away from china. But looks like today the fps is really really low without reason, bad to know that i cant do anything about it. Do you have some good trick about this? Thanks for information.
