6 minute ban? what for, how to avoid?

so yesterday i started playing this game.
today i dl the english patch?

Today I was already banned for 6 minutes 2 times.
I get a window on the bottom right of my screen, with 6
or 8 chinese characters and a 5 minute timer.
it lets me choose 2 and then asks me a second time, then boots me out the server.

upon trying to relog i get this

whats going on? anyone?
is this a known issue? can I avoid it?
will it get me a permanent ban?
why is it happening?

If you have searched in the forums you would know that it's the anti-bot system .
You have to choose 2 same chinese symbols and no it's not a permanent ban.

where is this topic already explained? It is not on the first or second page of this forum topic, nor is there such a topic under general discussion or the website FAQ, nor does the questions and problems forum have a useful sticky thread where this issue could be mentioned ....

is it possible for a non chinese speaker to answer correctly or does the choice of the 2 symbols require some comprehenesion of the language?
