high ping need help

Hi i have problem with ping game lagging like hell i must wait 5 minute to even go back to town from dungeon sometimes i have 450-550 ms but sometimes it like on screen , yes its my screen from today, [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.].
I need help with it i try wtfast with any effect Lexantri or how its name is maybe reduce 20ms, i want play but cant becouse game its not playable for me  :Vegetaover9000 

Try different servers. I have similar ping on my server and 5 old peaks. But 5 old peaks freezes a lot and is unplayable.

I have lots of ping issues as well, most of the time my ping was between 140 to 600 top... but now it goes over 3k even 6k and I get a lot of crashes...
