Un-bound Items? Gold Fragments?

Hello, i know that this will sound like a dumb question but id rather ask it and be done with it, a friend of mine is offering to give me is gold shards or fragments for the gold cloth since he has all the cloths he wants, but i know that this is a bound item, is there ANY WAY at all to Unbound an item? :bardockfacepal :Vegetaover9000
