Is there anything lost once you pass 59? Empty Is there anything lost once you pass 59?

For example lvl 49 > 50, T1 medallions become a pain to get, due to drop rate being lowered to 10%.

Is there anything to watch for from 59 > 60?
Any dungeons get locked out?
Any drops affected etc?
