New Cloths??? Anyone seen these???

Hello! I was playing yesterday and I happend to com across 2 players with these cloths, Ive never seen them before, are they new Athenas Cloth? or just a Skin? ... does anyone know how to get them? ... o and btw does anyone know how to get Minos Surplice? Ive seen 1 or 2 players with it .. also is the Wybern and Garuda Surplice available?

Silver cloths lv 94... First (the red, is for cygnus lv 94), and the second for fenix lv 94.

You can get Minos Surplice by getting 90 Surplice Fragments and you're in luck Wyvern and Garuda weren't in the game before but will be in the update next week and you can get them the same way as Minos Surplice.

Pandora Npc in sanctuary... close to npc mini-pope (dungeon 60 ghost/mini seiyas)

Are you sure about the info of garuda and wyvern surplice? where can i see the update info?
