Locked Up Empty Locked Up

How can I turn this off?
Every time I log in I have to wait 60 minutes to change class/open depot/sell items or toss as well

I have the same problem, it's block for one hour.
I don t have access to safe, has the mailbox and the auction house for an hour.

I really need help.
