Questions - Items and Quest (Images available)

I have several question so please anyone who would give me some answers i would really appreciate it!

First of all im now beginning to collect my Sagitarius Cloth and i know how to craft thr parts or where to buy them but then i found this .. is this anothe way to craft the parts? and if so, then where can i get this item to do it?

Second, i know that the last item is a 2 piece of the cloth i can get later, but i need more reputation with this saint, but what purpose do the other first 3 have? like the first one for example?

Third, both these quest say that my destination unreachable, but why is that? do i need to go in a team to do these 2 quest or what?

1st question: you buy this item by purchase some vip in game. this sagitarius token you buy with vip cash.
2nd question: those are 3 random items, not the last 3 that you need. you can get 3 helmets, 3 torsos, 1 of each, etc.
3rd and last question: those are boss that you can fight in the legion base.

Thank you for all of your answers   .. but regardin the second question, maybe i didnt explain myself enough .. what i want to know is what are the first 3 items for, does the first one increase my reputation? because thats what i want and since i dont find any quest that increase my reputation with Aioros well i want to know so that i can start buying.
