unlocking guild shop Empty unlocking guild shop

hi im trying to unlock the guild shop.. but i have found no real info about it.... some ppl tell me about a quest that gives you chest ,swords and bottles ...but no one tell me how to get that quest or the requirements ..... plz a little help
