Being Kicked out of game by this small screen

Hello, Ive been playing the game for over a week now and recently i get this little anoying box when i play .. i dont know what the hell im suposed to do here, it ask me to pick 2 chinese letters or whatever base on what i am guessing to be a question, but since its in chinese i have no clue as to what the right combination would be, i am sure that i am not the only one who has encountered this problem .. PLEASE HELP!
