Black screen problem

First of all I want to say that I looked at the support forum for the black screens.
My problem is as stated in the title, the black screen. I tried the solutions support the site.What I do not understand is that if I checked the files and then I start the game, the game starts but my windows bug.
I looked into the process and I noticed that the process of the game is written in Chinese. I think the problem is just the Chinese language.
However, I changed the language to Chinese (Singapore).For my Graphic card is an ATI Radeon 2100, and I have a dual core 2.1Ghz.
I can run quietly League of Legend, Dragon Ball Online, so I do not see why SSO does not.In addition, a friend with a less powerful computer happens to run the game without lag.
I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game five times and still the problem of the Black screen.I tested the solution for the kinematics, but the software does not want to install.
Note that I have downloaded the game compressed file on a French website (I'm French).
The bug can it come from the download?

Do you change name 圣斗士星矢OL To OL ??

Not because it was already changed to Saint Seiya Online, then I renamed OL.I also applied the solutions tech guides.

No no you see the first folder Saint Seiya OL, remove Saint Seiya and lave only OL

Always the problem of the black screen.I tried with Applocale, and I have this error:
