Level 40 quest

So i reched level 40 today and as i leveled up got two notices one was a picture of some wings the other like some planets i think
then i got these two quests (purple) and i have no idea what they are...  
the blue button doesnt take me anywhere it just tells me theres no viable way to get there from my position or something...
Anyone know what these quests might be? am i getting the wings with those? i thought u needed like 40000 cosmo points to grow them...
well any help is greatly appreciated

P.S: i searched the forum but the only other topic similar to mine didnt get any answer to what the quests are .....
